Just a quick post today with some things that I’ve been up to recently. This was my cash and carry art for this year. I had many rolled magazines left over from my “magazine sushi” entry earlier this year and glued them to a board in a sunburst of color.
Still working on my “365 project” of getting rid of things. I’m a little behind though! 
Most of my cards have been mailed. This year, I followed a tutorial and created a snow globe in Photoshop. I placed my husband and myself inside the snow globe, added snow, and put it in my kids hands. I told them to make it look like they were thinking up all the things they could do with us trapped inside. The actual card had some text over my son’s hand/base of the snow globe.
The snow globe came out great. On the card, you can barely see it’s us, though. It was a great tutorial and thought I’d share the link.
